Table Editor for Change Set Details
Change set tables are used for showing logged operations for a change set.
Purpose
All information about a change set is shown in its Details.
The elements and logged operations created in the change set are displayed in tables. You can group and filter this table.
Prerequisites
Due to your currently used role you have the privilege View Change Logs.
Call
In the (Nicht definierte Variable:UIVar_Menu.GrpChangeSets) backstage view, click on the Details button to open a selected change set with created operations
- In the (Nicht definierte Variable:UIVar_Menu.GrpChangeSets) backstage view for a selected change set with created operations by clicking on the Details button
- For selected elements with the Change Set context menu command from the History table.
This opens a document window. The Change Sets tab appears.
Structure
Ribbon
The change set is a document window with its own Change Sets ribbon. It is automatically edited if the document window is clicked on.
Change Sets Group

Properties
Change the properties of the change set. This command is only possible in the active change set.

Join
Join the opened change set. The previous change set will be completed if no other users are using it. Empty change sets will be deleted.

Copy Link
Copy a link to the change set onto the clipboard. You can add the link to applications such as Word so that you can jump to the change set from there.
Open Group

Open
Open this document in edit mode. Other users can only open this document in read-only mode while it is being edited.

History
Show the change history of the selected elements. This command requires the privilege 'View Change Logs'.
Find Group

Find in Table (Ctrl+Shift+F)
Open an input field for searching in the table.
Export Group

Excel
Write table content to an Excel compatible XML file.
Header

Change set: icon with status, name, date of creation

Link
If applicable, link to an external system, ID in the external system
Change Set Tables
General Table Functions
You can group the tables in the area above the tables' column header. Please drag the title into this area to group by columns. To remove the grouping, drag the property back to the table.
Fixed column splitter to the left in the column header to fix the columns to the left edge. Fixed columns are not moved if you click on the horizontal scroll bar.
You can constrain what is shown using the
filter row below the column header. The list is narrowed to rows which correspond to the filter entered.
- You can enter a string of characters in the filter field for all columns apart from the Deleted column so that only entries which contain this string are displayed.
- You can also set time frames as filters in the Modification Date date column. To do so, use the special characters "<" and ">", for example, ">03.05.2014 <17.05.2014" (all entries between the 3rd and 17th of May 2014).
- Use the Deleted column to filter
currently-deleted model elements,
elements which are not deleted or
to not filter.
Overview Table
The overview consists of the following columns:

Element
Icon and name of the created, modified or deleted model element.

Element Type
Element type of the created, modified or deleted model element.

Namespace
Namespace of the created, modified or deleted model element.

Deleted
Check box for marking whether the model element is deleted.

Change
e.g. Created, Modified, Deleted and Relationship Created are differentiated between.

Modification Date
Time change was made
Log Table
The log consists of the following columns:

Element
Icon and name of the created, modified or deleted model element.

Element Type
Element type of the created, modified or deleted model element.

Namespace
Namespace of the created, modified or deleted model element.

Deleted
Check box for marking whether the model element is deleted.

Change
Differentiations are made between e.g. Created, Modified, Deleted and Relation Added.

Property Name
Name of the property affected by the change.

Property Value
New property value as result of operation.

Modification Date
Time change was made
-
User
Login name of user who made the change.
