External Projects
The Administration Program displays information (statuses, licenses) for external projects and allows you to edit some properties.
Purpose
If an external project is selected in the Standalone Servers tab, information about the project appears in the right-hand information area or some of the properties are offered for editing. You can switch between these two views.
Prerequisites
License server administration login is required for most information and editing properties.
Structure
The information area consists of the following expandable sections and further elements for external projects, depending on the view.
* This information and properties require a login as a license server administrator.
Information View
This view displays properties of the selected external project.

Status
The following information is displayed for the server as the status: name, Innovator version (only for running project license servers), hardware ID, type, expiration date and description.

Licenses*
Overview of currently installed or assigned licenses for products, programming languages or profiles.
Among other things, the table lists information about the expiration date, the number of single licenses, the corresponding computer and the users.
Properties View*
This view allows the editing of some project properties.

Properties
The name, expiration date and description can be edited.

Licenses
Enables the assignment of licenses from the license pool of the main license server for the project.

License File Field
Path of license file to be generated for the external project. To be selected with the next button.

Select... button
Opens the standard dialog for selecting a directory where the license file is generated with the prescribed name inolic.lr.

Apply button
Modified properties only take effect when confirmed with the Apply button.

Discard button
Modified properties are reset.
