Overview of Ribbon Tabs

A tab contains groups of control elements which belong together.

A tab is a directory. Tabs are used for grouping information and fields into various consecutive windows. One window is always in the foreground. Clicking on the tab's name makes the tab the active tab; information and any settings you may have made in the previously-open tab are not lost by changing tabs. Innovator's ribbon contains the following tabs and tab groups:

Commands are assigned in functional groups within a tab. You can drag certain commands from a drop-down list or gallery and drop them using the mouse. All commands can be accessed using access keys.
