Using Profiles
You can use profiles to "modularize" configuration of an Innovator model.
A profile displays a closed entity in Innovator; this entity contains certain aspects of the configuration or is built as an extension of an imported profile.
The primary construct for such an extension is the stereotype which is used on existing metaclasses and defined as part of a profile.
Certain profiles contain structures and stereotypes from e.g. UML 2, BPMN 2 and/or OMG's IMM/CWM.
As well as the base profile, all profiles can import other profiles. A profile can be stored and loaded as a unit (profile template).
