Use verification routines to ensure consistency in your configuration.
A consistency check is necessary as configuration of models in profiles is complex and there are many reciprocal dependencies.
Verification routines are configured in the same way for profiles and models. They only differ in the verify options (verification messages) they contain and their assignment.
Profile verification is based on configurable verification routines. A verification routine with all verify options is available in the base profile as standard.
The configured verification routines are available in the configuration editor for each view via the Engineering>Verify Modeling><Verification Routine> menu command; you can use these to check the configuration according to certain aspects.
Only profiles are accepted as selection for the verification. If no profile is selected, all profiles are checked.
