You can use the documentation structure to specify the order of elements in the model or profile documentation.
The configuration view 
Documentation Structures manages the documentation structure and configuration of the Details tool window (Details configuration).
You can then assign documentation structures to a selection in the 
Documentation view.
The basic procedure is the same as documenting the configuration (of the profile) or the actual model contents in the model editor. Both documentations can only be executed in the model editor.
You can use documentation building blocks for creating from reusable parts of a documentation structure. They can be referenced in suitable places in the documentation structure.
You need to be in the Documentation Structures view when creating documentation structures.
You can deactivate the View>Imported Entries toggle command to restrict the selection on the right-hand side to the entries defined in the current profile in this view.
