Creating Documentation
You can create documentation which contains all or partial information from a model at a particular development state using Innovator.
You can make extensive settings to create model documentation which conforms with your ideas.
It is possible to create documentation in the following formats:
- Microsoft Office Word Document
- XML File / HTML Pages
- Document Preview
The following parameters influence the generated document's contents:
- Always the current state of the model content
- The current setting for colorizing diagram elements (View>Colors)
- If applicable, the model elements currently selected.
- The documentation content chosen
- The active document (diagram, table or specification)
- All of the workspace's open documents
- The current selection
- An individual section of the model (selection in the Documentation Creation Wizard dialog)
- The entire model
- The documentation command listed with its settings for documentation structure, layout and selection specification.
Repeat the documentation to be created with Model>Create & Send Documentation>Redo Generation.
