Info Tool Window

Purpose

The Info tool window shows information about an element.

Unlike the Properties tool window, the Info tool window also shows properties which are not set to Visible in the configuration. You can also find information about the element's history and special information, such as number of specification texts.

The Info tool window only provides information.

Structure

Information is shown in a tree structure.

The root node shows which repository model and system model the element is in.

The child node shows the element type, stereotype and name of the element.

  Creation and modification information

• Properties

  Properties of the element type. These can be modified in the Properties tool window.

• Stereotype Properties

  Properties of the stereotype. These can be modified in the Properties tool window.

• Labels

  Labels of the stereotype. These can be modified in the Properties tool window.

• Texts

  Specification texts of the stereotype ([F3]).

• Access Rights

  The roles which have the right to change the element.

• Owner

  The owner of the element.

• Dependencies

  The elements which this element is dependent on. These can be modified in the Dependencies tool window.

• Dependent Elements

  The elements which depend on this element. These can be modified in the Dependencies tool window.

• Content

  The elements which this element is the owner of.

• API Name

  The name of the interface used by API programmers to access elements of this element type.

• UUID

  The model-unique ID of the element (Universally Unique Identifier)
