Determining the Shortest Path

Determine the shortest path between nodes and highlight it in color and by means of distance values.

Context

You can identify the shortest path between nodes and highlight it in color and by means of distance values.

Note that path determination is influenced by the Is directed toggle command, which allows the edge direction to be taken into account for the path determination.

How to proceed

Select the start node of the path in the graph.
Select Impact Analysis>Shortest Path>Select Target.

The mouse pointer then becomes a precision selection pointer .
Click on the end node you require for the path.

The shortest path between the start and end nodes in the path is displayed in color. The nodes in this path are marked with distance values.
