Notifications Tool Window View

Purpose

The  Notifications tool window view shows a tree structure of the user's set notifications about changes to model elements. Notifications affect changes to the respective model element and its transitive content.

You can see all set notifications of all users in the models if you have administrator rights.

Prerequisites

• Single sign-on

• Administrator rights for displaying all set notifications

Structure

The tree structure for display is made up of <Model>::<User Notification>::<Notification Schedule>::<Model Element>.

Depending on the selection made, the notification schedule shows:

• Promptly

• Daily

• Weekly

• Monthly

Use

The  Delete command exists for user notification and notification schedule; this removes notifications for the selected structure element and all its subelements. Notifications for the affected model elements are modified or (de)activated in the Properties tool window.

The same commands as in all other model trees can be run for this window's model element nodes.
