Model administrators can log-out inactive users from the model and in doing so reactive any model elements locked for exclusive editing.
Prerequisites
You must be logged-in to the model as model administrator to be able to log inactive users out of the model.
Context
You can manage user logins to the model in the Extended tab in the Maintain Model/Manage Users dialog.
You can log-out all inactive users and in doing so reactivate any model elements locked for exclusive editing in the Logins group.
If you have the respective rights, you can also log-out inactive users from a model in the User Management tab in the Administration Program using the Log Off Inactive Users context menu command.
How to proceed

Click on Logout All Inactive Users in the Logins group.
Inactive users are logged-out of the model and in doing so any model elements they had locked for exclusive editing are reactivated.
