In the Properties tool window, you can edit a property for which the values are a list.
Prerequisites
A property with a list value is selected in the Properties tool window. The value is marked with "List" or "No Entries". Clicking on the three dots to the right opens the dialog. The user logged-in must have access to the element to be able to do this.
Context
The property has a list of values which the Properties area cannot show. This are edited using the dialog.
Click on

The dialog appears.
The model elements which represent the property's value are listed in the right-hand area of the dialog. The list may be empty.
To add another element to the list, select an element from the Browse or Find By Name views in the left-hand side of the dialog and click on the button with the arrow to the right.
The new element is inserted into the list of assigned elements. It is selected.
You can add multiple elements at the same time in this way.
Select theBrowse view on the left to add an entire subtree to the list. Select a node that has child nodes and click on the right arrow button.
The selected element and all its subelements are inserted in the list of assigned elements. They are selected.
Select theFind by Name view on the left to add all elements which can be selected to the list. Click on the button with the arrow to the left without selecting anything.
All elements appear in the list of assigned elements and are all selected.
To remove an element from the list, select it and click on the left arrow button.
The element is removed from the assignment.
To remove the whole list, click on the button with the double arrow to the left.
The whole assignment is removed. The list is then empty.
To adopt the list, click on the OK button.
The property's value set is replaced by the current assignment. "(List)" appears next to this property in the Properties area.
To delete the property's entire value set, remove all elements from the assignment list as described above and click on the OK button.
"(No Entries)" appears next to this property in the Properties area.
