Add Display Language Dialog

Add alternative display language for diagram content.

Purpose

Enter the name of a new alternative language for diagram content in the dialog.

Structure

The dialog contains the Name field.

Inserting a Display Language

Prerequisites

You require model administrator rights.

Context

It is also possible to add your own alternative display language to diagram content instead of the modeling language. You can select the modeling language or an alternative display language in the diagram with the Review>Language>Switch Language command. You can also translate the diagram elements in the diagram.

You can add an alternative display language for the model in the Add Display Language dialog.

How to proceed

Jump to the Administrative Tasks backstage view.
Select Model>Administrative Tasks>Display Languages>Add Display Language.

The Add Display Language dialog appears.
Enter the name for the alternative display language. The name needs to differ from the existing display languages.
Confirm the name with OK or press the [Enter] key.

The dialog is closed and the display language appears in the list of alternative display languages.
