        Determines if the element has a localized name for a given locale. The locale may be specified either by name argument pattern or by argument refObj. If none of the parameters are set, the current locale of the client which initiated the server action is assumed.
        Parameters:
        refObj - A further instance of type MM2Locale which is used to control the behaviour of the method. (see description above) This parameter is optional. (Its value can be given as null.)
        pattern - A string pattern. This parameter is optional. (Its value can be given as null.)
