-
Save settings combinedly for all versions of a model
Model-related settings, such as last-opened documents or bookmarks, are stored together and used for all versions of a managed model.
-
Save settings separately for each version
Model-related settings are stored and used separately for each version of a managed model.

The current environment variables are displayed and managed separately for the system and the user. User settings have priority over system settings.
Note
System variables can only be changed, created or copied from the user variables if you start the program as a Windows administrator.
Note
The relevant directories are not copied when you change the environment, which means that the specifications can only be a reconstruction of a change at file level.
You can use buttons to add or
delete environment variables and to copy the value of the selected environment variable to the
user or
system variable. (The last option requires the Administration program to be run as Windows administrator.)
Windows environment variables in the form %EnvironmentVariable% can also be used for directory specifications, e.g. %APPDATA% or %HOMEPATH%.
Note
You can also make use of UNC notation for path specifications.
Example: \\userver\innovator\16.0\rep
The environment variables are stored in the Windows registry.
Attention
All Innovator programs must be shut down on the computer so that changes can be implemented. The next time an Innovator program is called, the new settings will be used.
Attention
A change to the computer name in the INOHOST entry means that the computer which the license server is running on has changed. You should bear in mind when using a license file that in this case the Innovator licenses will have to be re-activated by MID GmbH. With subscription licenses, the user can activate the license repository in the administration program's Help & Support backstage view themselves.

Restriction
Settings on this page are used for diagnosing run or performance issues. They must not be used in normal operation.
-
Plug-Ins
You can deactivate the load plug-in feature upon model login here.
-
Tracing
The traces for the launch of the interface and for server accesses can be activated here.
The log files contain expiration and duration information for the initialization of the model editor and for server accesses.
If the "LogDir" variable is not set, the log files are written to the "Innovator" directory in the temporary directory.
Changing this setting only takes effect after the model editor has been restarted.
Note
All settings apply to the user logged-in at the time.
