Definition
The whiteboard diagram (also known as the overview diagram) is an Innovator-specific diagram type which shows model-to-model links between certain elements in different diagram types.
You can drag diagrams as diagram nodes into the whiteboard diagram. You can link these diagrams and their contents using edges to show a connection between these elements.
The icon shows an empty diagram.
Owner Hierarchy/Prerequisites
- The owner of a whiteboard diagram is a package or component
Use
You can drag diagrams (apart from whiteboard diagrams) from the model tree and drop them in the whiteboard diagram; model-to-model links can then be made modeled between the elements. Diagrams are updated.
