Setting Fonts and Colors
You can change the way elements are displayed by using or modifying preconfigured font-color elements.
Prerequisites
You need to be in the Stereotypes view for configuring font-color elements.
Context
A font-color element combines four style pairs of fonts and colors for Normal, Italic, Bold and Bold Italic under one name which can be selected.
You can find font-color elements in the Innovator-Specific profile section under the General element type.
It depends on the type of element which uses this entry as a display option as to which entry you select to determine how an element should look in a diagram.
The standard assignment in Innovator implements the use of font styles in the relevant notations, e.g. Italic for abstract classifiers.
Tip
You can simplify scrolling when selecting the font by entering e.g. cour*12 (font and size) in the Font drop-down list and copying the pattern once the field is opened. The list then only shows the entries which fit the pattern. You can enter a pattern for other styles so that the list only contains those fonts; this greatly facilitates the selection.
