Making Settings for Editing

You can set basic options when editing to determine how Innovator works.

Context

You can set various settings for how Innovator should behave when editing. This includes the setting that a dialog box should open immediately after a profile element is created which you can set or change various settings for the created profile element in.

The Edit/Properties dialog contains various tabs (property pages) depending on the context. You can set whether you want to confirm changes when changing tabs in the General tab in the Extras/Options dialog.

How to proceed

  1. Select  Extras>Options...

    The dialog of the same name appears.

  2. Activate the Set Properties after Creation check box in the Value column in the General tab.

  3. Close the Extras/Options dialog with OK.

    The Edit/Properties dialog then opens directly after a profile element is created.
