Graphically Displaying Decision Requirements

A decision requirement diagram graphically displays the connections between the requirements of a certain decision. You model decisions in a diagram and their bases in decision tables.

Describing Decisions and Their Requirements

The diagram editor for decision modeling supports the "Decision Model and Notation" (DMN 1.3) standard for decision modeling.

Decisions are separately considered derivations of a decision result on the basis of input data using a decision logic that can reference knowledge models.

You model the connections between the requirements of a certain decision in a decision requirement diagram. The decisions used in the diagram are modeled in decision tables.
