You can use special navigation options in the Align Models editor.
It may be useful to call the comparison element in the right-hand model when comparing two models. To do this, use the Jump to Right-Hand Model command, which can be found in the Tree and List tabs for a selected element that is not a single on the left-hand side.
The command opens the model or configuration editor for the right-hand model and selects the corresponding element there.
