Using Headers and Footers

You can use headers and footers you customized yourself for documentation.

Header and Footer Structure

Headers and footers are split into three areas: aligned left, center and right. You can enter any text in them.

Word Documentation Features

Formatting of headers and footers is defined via the paragraph format header or footer. e.g. If you want to create a documentation in landscape, then you can customize where the tabulators go.

Restriction:

You cannot change what the separation lines look like.

Using Variables

You can use the following variables: The documentation generator replaces them with the current values upon runtime.
