Remove a table column from a table

Prerequisites

A table column is selected in the configuration editor's Documentation Structures view. The first column cannot be deleted.

Context

How to proceed

Open the configuration editor in the Documentation Structures view.
Select the column in the table which you want to remove.
Select the Table Columns entry in the Chapter drop-down list.

The assigned table columns are shown.
Select the columns to be deleted from the list of assigned table columns.
Select Edit>Delete.

The assigned table column is deleted. The corresponding chapter is not deleted in the documentation structure.
