Documentation Selections

Documentation selections link documentation structures with layout information for generation.

Components of a Documentation Selection

A documentation selection is always linked with a documentation structure. It can include the following parts:

Title page
Header for the table of contents
Footer for the table of contents
Header for the main text
Footer for the main text

In the eXcellence-Edition, a documentation selection can additionally include the following parts:

Header for the attachment
Footer for the attachment
Formats for index entries

Further Settings

You can make the following further settings in a documentation selection:

Show all text or only that configured for the documentation
Show all labels or only those configured for the documentation
Set a default sort criterion
