Diagrams are displayed clearly in the Model Contents tool window in the Diagrams view. You can open diagrams in all tool windows by double-clicking on them.
Prerequisites
A diagram cannot already be reserved for editing by another user if you want to open it for editing. You also require access rights.
Context
You can essentially open a diagram anywhere you can select it. An exception for this is e.g. the Dependency Editor.
