This Help, tool tips, documents, forums, hotline and other sources of information are all available to offer you support. MID GmbH offers a wide range of training options to get to know the Innovator projects and individual methods used.
This Help, which refers exclusively to products from the Innovator X Generation from the chapter "Working with Innovator" onwards, provides help when working with models in these products.
You can access the Help in the Innovator interface by clicking on the question mark top-right in the ribbon or via http://help.innovator.de.
Descriptions of menu items can be found as tool tips. You can see the tool tip showing what the submenu or menu command is used for by expanding the ribbon and hovering the mouse pointer over the menu items. Any shortcut keys are also specified. You can find an overview of the menu items and tool tips in the help system ("Overview of Menu Items").
Unusual events when running program code in the Innovator interface are logged in the Windows event viewer. It is also possible to have all events of the running interface listed in the Event Viewer dialog. Logged events may shine some light on the possible reason for errors in the interface. Therefore please check the event viewer in the event of problems with the interface (Event Viewer Dialog).
The installation manual describes Innovator software architecture and installation. You will then be able to create the necessary and desired constellation for Innovator installation and license administration.

The administrator manual is aimed at Innovator administrators. It describes the architecture, administration and start-up of Innovator. As administrator, you are able to create the necessary and desired constellation for Innovator administration and license administration.

The configuration manual contains a description of the configuration editor and the main work steps which are necessary for configuring models.
It explains how to use the configuration editor, which basis the OMG's UML and IMM specifications provide for configuring models and how to define profiles for models.

The migration manual contains a description of the work steps necessary for migrating models from older Innovator versions into the current Innovator version.
The document should provide sufficient information about transforming, data transfer and editing models in the current Innovator version. The migration manual describes how to prepare and carry out transformation for the respective previous versions supported and informs you of the necessary post-processing steps and generation change from Innovator eXcellence to Innovator X Generation.

The API help for Java and .NET documents the relevant parts of the internal Innovator meta model and the functions which can be read and/or modified using it.
