Showing and Hiding Comments in the Diagram

You can show or hide existing comments in a diagram to make it clearer and more informative.

Prerequisites

Diagram exists, is opened and reserved for editing. Linked comments exist for diagram elements.

Context

Shown comments can be seen when generating a document, printing or exporting; hidden comments cannot be seen.

All comments are always affected by the setting.

How to proceed

Select Design>Display>Comments to show or hide all diagram elements' comments.

Comments are shown or hidden. Visible comments are shown in black. Hidden comments are shown in gray.
