Setting Edit or Read-Only Mode

Prerequisites

Diagram or element selected in the diagram. You require access rights when editing a diagram.

Context

Diagrams need to be in Edit Mode mode before they can be edited.

You can only look at and comment on diagrams if they are in Read-Only Mode.

How to proceed

Select Design>Diagram>Edit Mode to edit the diagram.

The diagram icon has a pencil on it if it is in Edit Mode.
Select Design>Diagram>Read-Only Mode so that you cannot edit the diagram by mistake.

The diagram icon has no pencil on it if it is in Read-Only Mode.
