Use print preview for checking whether a printout fits the appropriate requirements.
Print preview shows you what the printout would look like with the current settings. Navigate between the print preview pages by using the scroll bar, the buttons in the ribbon or using the mini view in the left-hand area. Click on the appropriate page in the mini view to show this page.
Enter the number in the Pages next to each other field for the amount of pages you want to show parallel with each other.
Change print settings using the Page setup dialog. The preview is readjusted and updated once a change is made in this dialog.
