Creating and Using a View

1. Create another BPMN diagram.
2. Drag the existing process and/or collaboration from the model contents or another tool window and drop it in the diagram you have just created.

   The process and/or collaboration is shown in the diagram and has the icon.

   If you are using a collaboration: If one of the collaboration's participants already has a process, this process is then shown as a referencing view.

1. Select the event to be removed in the diagram. To remove the referencing view yourself, select the respective process or collaboration.
2. Press the [Del] key or select Design>Editing>Remove from Diagram.

   The element is removed from the view. If applicable, existing edges to other elements are also removed.

   If a process or collaboration was selected, the complete referencing view will be removed.

Select Design>Show/Hide>Relationshipsand select the edges which you want to show.
