Documentation selections link documentation structures with layout information for generation.
Components of a Documentation Selection
A documentation selection is always linked with a documentation structure.It can contain the following components:
- Title page
- Headers for the table of contents
- Footers for the table of contents
- Headers for the main text
- Footers for the main text
A documentation selection can also contain the following components if you use the eXcellence edition:
- Headers for the appendix
- Footers for the appendix
- Formats for index entries
Further Settings
You can make the following settings in a documentation selection:
- Show all text or only that which is configured for the documentation.
- Show all labels or only those which are configured for the documentation.
- Set a default sort criteria
