Adding a Table Column to a Table

Additional columns can be added to a table by assigning subchapters.

Context

Another column will appear in the table.

How to proceed

  1. Open the configuration editor in the Documentation Structures view.

  2. Select the table which you want to add a column to.

  3. Assign a subchapter to this column if it does not have one already.

  4. Select the Table Columns entry in the Chapter drop-down list.

    The subchapters which can be assigned are shown in the window on the right-hand side.

  5. Select the chapter to be assigned in the right-hand window.

  6. Select Edit>Assign.

    The chapter is assigned as a table column.
